DESCRIPTION

Banksia House is the ideal in modern, luxury holiday living. The home is situated behind key code protected front gates, in a quiet pocket of Blairgowrie, the ocean beach is close by, and it is only a few minutes drive to the Blairgowrie village shops and bay beach.  It's a great stepping stone to the Peninsula Hot Springs and the local wineries and golf courses.

Banksia House has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, one with a bath, plus a powder room. There is a study with a wall mounted TV and a sofa bed that can be used if an extra bed is required (upon application).   

The beautiful backyard is a haven where you can relax and read a book under the large fig tree, enjoy the vegetable garden and the children have space to run around.  It features a solar heated swimming pool where many summer days can be spent lazing and enjoying the peace.  

Winter is well covered too with a two-way gas fireplace in between the two living areas. The home has ducted heating/cooling throughout so it is perfect for any temperature.

The luxury finishes include a great kitchen with stone benchtops, a walk in pantry, coffee machine and dishwasher. The outdoor area has a large table and BBQ with an outdoor open fireplace. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is WiFi, and the TV in the main living room is a Smart TV so you can use your own streaming apps.  There is a double lock up garage with internal access and the driveway has ample boat parking space.

There is a portacot and highchair available, so this may well be your perfect family holiday home.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 3 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 6-8 PEOPLE

Master bedroom - king sized bed, ensuite, large WIR.

2nd bedroom - queen sized bed, ensuite, BIR

3rd bedroom - 2 x single beds, BIR

Please note that we only rent to mature groups or families. No schoolies allowed.  This property is not pet friendly.

Bed linen and bath towels are included for every booking.

Please note the solar heater in the pool is turned on during the months of November to April and requires the sun to be effective.
