DESCRIPTIONThis lovely mud brick home, set behind a tall front fence, gives you privacy in a quiet street. The property features a deck out the front (with a BBQ and an open fire place) and a large deck out the back so that you've got options to enjoy some privacy while you read your book or have your evening meal. The living room has a smart TV with Netflix and this leads to the dining table for 8 people and kitchen with dishwasher, two coffee machines (one that takes pods and the other takes coffee beans), air fryer and microwave. There's a quiet reading room/study with a couch and a desk. The laundry has a washing machine and clothes dryer. There is one bathroom with a bath, and a separate toilet, as well as an ensuite. There is also free WiFi. The living room has a cosy gas wood fireplace for heating and the bedrooms have portable heaters and fans. It is only a 1 km walk to the Sorrento shops and only slightly further to the Sorrento beaches, or a 15-20 minute drive to the Peninsula Hot Springs. The property is fully fenced and your well trained dog is permitted (upon application).
