DESCRIPTION

All you have to do is sit back, relax and admire the amazing views!!  This home is located right across the road from the Blairgowrie front beach and has fantastic views.  It's impossible to miss the sunrises over the bay from the top deck, the dining table, lounge room and bedrooms.  The sunsets are equally stunning from the back yard and there's even a 6 seat spa in the backyard to end the day perfectly.

Set on a large block this property is a private haven for your family, with so much secured space for young children to run around, as well as playing on the swings and in the fun cubby house with its own slide. There is a high chair and portacot for your use, as well as toys and games.  

The house is well zoned across two levels, with the main living (TV with Netflix), dining and kitchen areas, master bedroom and bathroom (with a bath) along with the large deck and Weber BBQ upstairs and then downstairs is another living room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry with washing machine and clothes dryer.  Downstairs opens out to the massive back yard with an outdoor setting and another BBQ and an outdoor shower.  There's also WiFi for your use.

There's ducted heating and cooling throughout the house for all year round comfort as well as a gas log fire in the upstairs living room.  

The house is situated on a steep hill to gain the stunning views. Please note that there is a staircase to enter the property (approx. 15 stairs).  The house has a driveway and lockable gate for security. At the back of the property is another security gate and access from the rear street which is perfect for boat parking.

** Due to the strict Shire regulations, we don't accept any bookings for parties, functions, events or schoolies groups. We only rent to families or smaller mature groups.**  The owner does not permit pets at the property.
