DESCRIPTION

You will instantly feel relaxed and comfortable in this stylishly decorated 80's home that has been lovingly restored with a modernist vibe.  With an easy 1km walk to the bay beach and 2kms to the Blairgowrie village shops, you will find this is the perfect spot for your family to holiday.

You enter straight into the open planned living room that has a large Smart TV and cosy coonara woodfire. This room is full of natural light but stays cool with the large air conditioning/heating unit. There is a dining table which seats 8 and kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave.

There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) and the laundry is fully equipped with washer and dryer.  There is also WiFi for your use.

The outdoor lawn in a lovely sun trap and a relaxing place to sit and read a book, or enjoy the BBQ and outdoor table for a meal.  There's totem tennis there for a bit of fun.

There is a one car garage that could be used to store a jet ski if needed.

Linen can be hired at an additional charge, price on application.
