Tucked away in this quiet Sorrento street is this relaxed 4 bedroom beach house with all the modern conveniences and space to make your holiday effortless and stress free. 'The Deck Sorrento' is decorated in a relaxed beachy vibe, and is set in its own private, landscaped gardens with vast views overlooking the treed canopy.  It perfectly suits 1 to 2 families and the bonus is that it is fully fenced in the back yard and dog friendly.

The open-plan kitchen (with dishwasher and coffee machine) and dining area lead to a comfortable lounge (TV with Foxtel), which in turn opens out onto a large deck with a BBQ, outdoor table and sun lounges, perfect for outdoor living during summer.  You can't help but relax looking at that view!

There is an air conditioning unit placed to cool the living areas and in winter a spectacular open fireplace in the lounge, which keeps everyone warm and cosy, making this an ideal beach retreat all year round.

There are three bedrooms upstairs (sharing one bathroom, with heated towel rail and a bath) and a large open planned bedroom/rumpus room down downstairs with table tennis table, TV and sleeping room for 4-5 people.  There is also a portacot and high chair for your use.

Downstairs, there is a laundry for your use and this also has a shower, toilet and vanity and is the 2nd bathroom.

'The Deck Sorrento' is easy walking distance to the Sorrento back beach and the main street shops and cafes.  It is a fantastic place to stay when you're visiting the Hot Springs or the local wineries.

 

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION - 4 BEDROOMS - SLEEPS 12 PEOPLE

Bedroom 1 (upstairs) - queen sized bed, (plus a single bed if needed for a child to sleep with parents)

Bedroom 2 (upstairs) - queen sized bed

Bedroom 3 (upstairs) - double sized bed

Bedroom 4 (downstairs) - set of tri bunks (ie queen on the bottom and king single on top), there is also a queen trundle bed. Please note that the beds are in an open planned area within the living room.

We only rent to families and mature groups.  The property is dog friendly (we do not permit cats), however there is a surcharge of $25 per night if you would like to bring your dog.  No dogs are permitted on the furniture.

LINEN AND BATH TOWELS ARE INCLUDED FOR ALL BOOKINGS (surcharge applies)
